Code of Practice
Magnificent Emblem adopts strict labour practices in compliance with all required local and international standards for every aspect of our local and foreign workers’ management and administration.
This unwavering commitment to the best practices gives you peace of mind so you can focus on what matters most – growing your business.
We believe in freely chosen employment, ensuring that no forced, bonded or involuntary labour is involved. We do not employ child labour, and all our workers comply with Malaysia’s minimum working age laws.
We also ensure that workers do not work more than the maximum daily hours stipulated in local employment laws, and that all overtime is voluntary and paid in accordance with regulations. Many workers are drawn to our network knowing that wages and benefits all meet or exceed legal requirements.
Our team goes to great lengths to ensure that no physical abuse, harassment or threat is made upon workers, and ensuring there is no discrimination based on race, colour, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, disability, union membership or political affiliation.
We also respect the rights of workers pertaining to freedom of association in accordance with local laws and established practices.
