The fire drill training in collaboration with Jabatan Bomba is made necessary to raise awareness among residents who come from different countries to be familiar with the response plan in any event of a fire breakout.

Residents must be vigilant and able to respond to the sounding of the alarm bell. With the alarm, the dormitory staffs sprang into action and assumed roles such as security team, first aid team, crowd control, usher, etc. and guided all residents to the safe assembly point. Other activities during the fire drill will include basic first aid training and sharing information and hands on practice on usage of fire extinguishers and the fire hydrant locations
